Just Vinyasa

Just vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that emphasizes smooth transitions by linking the breath with the movement of the body, with the intention of offering a meditative experience that enhances flexibility and strength. Teachers will have their unique style of teaching and sequencing vinyasa, which may include practicing arm balances or inversions. Modification are offered and the class is open to students of all levels looking. Bring your curiosity and we will JUST FLOW together!


Just Power

(Moderate to Fast Pace)

Duration: 45 to 90 minutes

This fun and energizing all-level class emphasizes the flow of breath connected to building your powerful physical and mental self. It is “down-to-earth” class, welcoming to beginners, where students are encouraged to modify poses to create the experience they need for that moment.


Just Slow

(Slow to Moderate Pace)

DURATION: 45 to 60 MINUTES

A slowed down class that ask you to be awareness to breath and moment. This class will build strength of body and mind through longer holds and increase range of motion through deep stretches. This all-level gives particular emphasis to body alignment, principles of breath, and modifications for greater accessibility.


Just Gentle

(Slow Pace)

LEVELS: ALL, BEGINNERS

ROOM TEMPERATURE: Normal

DURATION: 45 to 60 MINUTES

If Just Power is a little too fast for you, Just Slow is a little too slow, and Just Yin a little too still, than Just Gentle may be JUST right! It is a balanced practice of both the Flow (action) and Yin (stillness.) A well-rounded practice with poses that are less intense and ideal for beginners, those recovering from an injury, or expecting/postpartum mothers. This class embodies meditation in motion, energizing the the body, mind and heart, leaving you feeling strong, stretched and relaxed by the end of the class.


Just Yin

(Still, Restful Pace)

DURATION: 60 to 75 MINUTES

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and/or working deeply into joints and tissues that are “locked up” from past injuries or from repetitive motion.


Just Meditation & Yoga Nidra

(Still, Restful Pace)

LEVELS: ALL, beginners

ROOM TEMPERATURE: normal

DURATION: 60 to 90 MINUTES

In this class, you will be lead through meditation practices followed by YOGA NIDRA. The Meditation practice will sooth the nervous system and still the mind while relieving the stresses of the day. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, in which the body is completely relaxed. At the end of the class, you will feel “de-stressed,” rested and restored. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
