DURATION: 60 to 90 MINUTES

In this class, you will be lead through meditation practices followed by YOGA NIDRA. The Meditation practice will sooth the nervous system and still the mind while relieving the stresses of the day. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, in which the body is completely relaxed. At the end of the class, you will feel “de-stressed,” rested and restored. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
