Natalie Eubank
Natalie's yoga journey began after completing graduate school in Kentucky. Initially, she was interested in practicing yoga to increase her back strength to prevent future injuries. Natalie's years of practice have helped her gained levels of strength and flexibility that she had once thought were not possible. However, the greatest gift from Natalie’s yoga practice was the ability to shift her perspective. Through yoga, breath-work, and meditation, Natalie has found herself in a happier and healthier place.
Natalie is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a certified meditation teacher, and has 100-hours in Holistic Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher through the Thought Transformation Institute.
Natalie is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a MBA in Health Administration. She is passionate about helping others reach optimal health and wellness through nutrition, meditation, and yoga practice. Her intentions are to share the wonderful gifts yoga has given her with her students. Natalie believes yoga is a never-ending journey and that the practice of yoga is about self-exploration, listening to your body, giving it what it needs, and not rushing the process. In Natalie's class, you will have fun and to leave feeling renewed, strong, and confident.
