Yin Yoga is a very slow-moving class gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and spine. It is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a physically restful class, although many students find this class is mentally challenging due to the long holds and periods of stillness.
